Our Return and Return Policy:
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@arkjar.com along with the reason for the requested return.
We have a 30-day return policy for qualified and eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. Please note that for damaged or incorrect items we will will need photo evidence within 7 days of receiving the product in order to start the return or exchange eligibility consideration process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Is my product item "qualified" for a return?: Unless specifically stated on the product page listing that the product is not qualified for a return or exchange; then the item is considered qualified for return or exchange eligibility consideration.
Please note that not all product items may be "qualified" for a return as each of our product suppliers may have a different return policy. Again some items may not be qualified or eligible for a return and would be explicitly stated as such on the product listing page if so. In which cases NO REFUND OR RETURN will be given and ALL SALES ARE FINAL for non qualified products.
My item is qualified for a return, now what?
We need to determine as soon as possible if your qualified product item is then "eligible" for a return.
To start a return request, you can contact us at returns@arkjar.com along with photo evidence of any product defections to start the return eligibility process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we or our supplier will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return request reasons:
- Request and exchange: If the item does not fit or you would like an exchange please contact us so we can deem your item is qualified and eligible for a return or exchange in most cases it should be unless specifically stated on product listing page.

Received a damaged or incorrect product: In the case that a damaged or incorrect product was received you will be required to submit photo evidence within 7 days of receiving the item. If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.

Missing order: In the case that a package is marked delivered (based on tracking number update) but you did not receive the item package, you must then submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.

Late order: In the case that the product has not been marked processed or shipped by the carrier within the time frame stated at your checkout and you wish to cancel the order please contact us for further instructions.
- Incorrect shipping address was entered: Non-refundable.
If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 7 to 10 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How do I request a return, exchange, or refund?

Only valid eligible reasons to replace or return the product would be accepted (e.g. defective items) and we will request to obtain evidence by requesting photos.

Next, contact us and send us the photos.

After we have successfully alerted the supplier and they have approved the order return or refund, the product must be returned to the supplier.

Next, you must return the product and provide a tracking number. The product must be returned to the address on the original package.

Once the tracking number has been provided (or once the supplier has received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be credited back to the card on file.
In order to process a refund for an order, we will require a tracking number to be provided for our suppliers for the order/item return.
Please also note that if you request refunds because they changed their minds about the items, we will need to check our respective supplier's return policy and see if the supplier accepts these types of returns.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
